Hi, I’m Jen — the founder and lead teacher at Soul Space.

I’ve spent years exploring how movement, breath, and stillness help us return to who we really are. My classes are an invitation to come home to your body, heart, and soul — to move with intention, listen closely, and soften into what’s true.

I teach from a place of curiosity, compassion, and embodied practice. My classes are grounding and intuitive — blending thoughtful sequencing with breath, strength, and space to explore what you’re feeling in real time.

I believe yoga should feel personal, which is why I’ve chosen to teach in a small, curated format — so I can really get to know you, support your practice, and help you grow in meaningful, sustainable ways. Soul Space was created to feel like a sanctuary — a quiet place to land, soften, and reconnect.

Whether you’re brand-new or deeply experienced, I’m here to guide you into deeper strength, softer edges, and a more honest relationship with yourself.
